Ross joined the Life Science Practice of Navigant in 2016 as a Managing Director through the acquisition of Dymedex Consulting. Ross co-founded Dymedex Consulting in 2007 with Joe Galatowitsch, building it into the recognized thought leader for Market Development of medical products. The Dymedex methodology applies scientific discipline and analytical rigor to provide powerful new insights into the market realities for medical companies, helping both new ventures and established market leaders make better strategic growth decisions.
Ross has 28 years of experience building and managing high technology businesses. Prior to Dymedex, Ross was Director of Global Market Development at Medtronic, develop and applying the Patient Access Acceleration (PAA) methodology and implementing new strategies to reveal growth opportunities across all geographies. He has co-founded or held leadership positions at four other start-ups and two international joint ventures. Ross also advised clients on M&A growth strategies while at A.T. Kearney’s high-tech consulting practice in Santa Clara, CA, and spent many years in Silicon Valley developing next-generation semiconductor processing equipment for customers in Asia, including living in Tokyo for three years.
Ross earned his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and his BSEE on a full scholarship to DeVry Institute Kansas City. As President of the Board at DaVinci Academy in Blaine, MN, Ross raised $26M in bonds and led the development of a new campus to serve over 1,000 students. Ross lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife and two children.
