The inaugural CEO-Only Forum @ Medtech MVP is an exclusive gathering for 100 current Medtech CEOs from venture-backed medical device start-up companies. It brings together first-time founders and seasoned serial entrepreneurs in a setting where everyone participates, asks questions, and learns from one another.
The CEO-Only Forum is guided by experienced CEOs who serve as “point guards.” They lead the conversation and shape an open discussion around the real challenges of building and scaling a Medtech company. Topics commonly include raising capital, building teams, board management, choosing strategic partners, navigating regulatory agencies, protecting intellectual property, and the psychology and sacrifice required to lead.
What makes this forum special is the collective experience in the room. If you are facing an issue as a Medtech CEO, someone else has almost certainly been through it and can share how they approached it, what went well, and what to avoid.
There are no investors, corporate strategics, service providers, or regulators in the room. This creates a protected environment where CEOs can speak freely, compare experiences, and get the insight and support needed to endure the demands of leadership and thrive.
