Geoff Martha was named Executive Vice President and Group President for the Restorative Therapies Group in June, 2015, and is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. In this role, Geoff has global responsibility for the company’s Spine, Neuromodulation, Surgical Technologies, and Neurovascular divisions. Geoff provides overall strategic direction and operational management of the Group’s four divisions, as well as leading the integration of the Group’s activities within the overall strategy of Medtronic. Prior to his current role, Geoff was the Chief Integration Officer overseeing the integration of Covidien, the largest-ever medical technology acquisition in the industry’s history. Geoff joined Medtronic in August 2011 as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, with responsibility for leading the development of Medtronic’s global strategic plan, business development and acquisition integration for the company. Geoff received a bachelor’s of science in Finance with highest honors from Pennsylvania State University.
