Anders Wold, president and CEO of GE’s Clinical Care Solutions, is still fascinated by the power new technology can deliver to healthcare.
So he’s understandably excited about the opportunities facing this division of GE – and the entire company as well – as we move into healthcare of the future.
In this interview with Medtech Talk, Wold explains how he came to join the corporate giant and advises young executives how to thrive in a larger corporate environment.
But he also sees great opportunity for start-ups and entrepreneurs. GE will be counting on new technologies like its cloud-based Predix system to help retain its leadership position in healthcare.
In this interview, Wold discusses:
- The Future of Healthcare (and where GE fits in that future)
- The Role of Innovation at GE
- Who Will GE Be Selling to in the Future
- What Could the Hospital of the Future Look Like?
