Matt is a Senior Vice President and is also the developer and leader of Alliant’s Global Life Sciences and Medical Products Solutions Group. Specializing in property and casualty insurance programs, Matt’s role is to develop custom insurance and risk management programs, with an emphasis on medical products and life sciences companies.

He oversees a specialty team that insures hundreds of medical product/pharmaceutical/bio companies with aggregated sales of over ten billion dollars. He has developed multiple proprietary/exclusive liability insurance programs for the medical products and life sciences industry.

Matt has been a member of the Alliant team since July, 2003. The twelve years prior to joining Alliant, Matt served as a Vice President at another large insurance brokerage firm. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Psychology. He is an active participant in the community with involvement in the Medical Device Manufacturers Association, Arizona Bio Association, and the Independent Medical Distributors Association. Matt has been recognized by a large specialty Medical Product Liability Insurer with an appointment to their broker advisory council and by the Medical Device Manufacturers Association as their exclusive endorsed broker.

Holder of the designation of the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Matt is a national presenter and trainer to insurance professionals on a variety of topics including his proprietary “Coverage Audit System” he developed to provide better asset protection to his valued clients.
