Biography

Erin is a partner in the Minneapolis office of RSM. She enjoys helping fast-paced, high growth companies meet their financial compliance needs. She works with private equity owned, publicly traded and privately held companies in the technology, life sciences, manufacturing, travel and professional services industries. She has extensive experience with SEC reporting, audits of internal control over financial reporting, complex equity structures, mergers and acquisitions, and international operations.

Erin also serves as leader of RSM’s Central Region Life Sciences Industry team, a dedicated team of partners and staff focused on delivering strategic innovative solutions to companies ranging from start-up to emerging and prominent public companies. The team’s specialties include: pharmaceuticals, bio-pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device manufacturers and suppliers and research organizations.

Erin is a member of the board of the National Sports Center, which is the largest amateur sports facility in the world. Its purpose is to provide high-quality amateur sport opportunities to Minnesota families as well as generate economic impact by hosting regional, national, and international sporting events. Erin is an avid sports fan, a youth coach, and believer that youth athletics plays an integral role in the health, well-being and overall success of an individual and community.

Erin is a graduate of the University of La Crosse–Wisconsin. In her spare time she enjoys coaching her children’s athletic teams, the outdoors, and playing softball, golf and tennis.
