Dr. Faure is Trod Medical's founder and the inventor of EncageTM RF Focal ablation device. Dr. Faure has a surgical background and developed, over the years, significant knowledge in ablative technologies. Andre successfully managed the EncageTM Focal ablation device through development, clinical and regulatory phases and led Trod Medical through Seed, Series A and Series B investment rounds. Prior to founding Trod Medical, Andre led several multi-national R&D programs in the field of Medical Devices. Andre has about 15 years experience in Medical Devices development and about 10 years experience in Venture Capital backed ventures. Dr. Faure holds several granted patents in Medical Device field.
